How do I zip many files into a single file in Windows?

Locate the files or folder that you want to zip. Highlight them all and right click, select Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder.

A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location. To rename it, right-click the folder, select Rename, and then type the new name.

How long does it take to ship orders?

We strive to ship out all orders as fast as possible. Maximum production time is based on the speed selected. Standard production time is 2-4 business days. Days are counted starting the same-day if the order is placed before 12PM PST.

Why do my prints have a white border around it?

With digital printing, the type of printers which we utilize, the printer requires an 1/8" space to grip the paper, so the printer itself leaves a 1/8" white border around the page. We do offer the option to cut-off those white borders on single-page printing, but the result is a slightly smaller page (8.25" x 10.75").

To achieve an edge to edge print at 8.5" x 11" for example, the artwork would need to be 8.75" x 11.25" or larger, and that would be printed on a 9" x 11.5" sheet of paper. This would leave extra image space in the cutting area, so after the sheet is cut down to 8.5" x 11", there would be no chance of any white borders showing.
